Today is my friend Paul’s birthday. We used to work together in the music business a long time ago known as the 90s. It was a glorious time. I had lots of angst but still had lots of fun. Sometime after that I wrote a script and based a character on Paul and called him Thurston. I thought it might be a nice tribute to put it out there today and celebrate him with this little remembrance.
Paul was awesome and everyone loved him. I do not do him justice here, how could I? But maybe, hopefully, I get some of his vibe right.
